In order to be able to start using your Glo modem to browse the internet, you would need to activate it by doing the following:
- Install the modem on your system
- Subscribe to an internet plan

All you need to do is to insert the plug and play modem hardware in your computer's usb port and follow the on screen installation prompt. It will ask you whether you want to install it, just click yes and let the installation sail through. If the package came with a CD, then install the cd first before inserting the modem. After the installation, you can then use the modem to subscribe to an internet data package.

Once you have the modem installed on your system, the next thing to do is to subscribe to a data plan. For Nigeria, you can get on this plan for daily, weekly, monthly or Pay as you go. Just click on self care and enter the recharge card amount if you don't have sufficient balance. One you have some credit on your system, you can subscribe to a data plan by sending the activation sms or clicking on Always Min, day or others.

To recharge the modem, you can do this if you know the number and then load credit from any glo service center or atm.
You can also recharge it with a recharge card by first plugging the usb modem into your computer, bringing up the glo application, go to self care and enter the pin number there.

Upon successful installation of the Glo USB Modem.
Recharge your line with sufficient airtime...
Flash any mobile number to activate the line.
From the Glo interface select ur desired package and click...
Within 3hours u will receive an acknowledgement SMS dat ur subscription was successful.
Now you can rule ur world with Glo 3G Plus.

l bought NETPRO modem about 35days ago.

it is very difficult to reach your customer care.

how do l recharge it,

though it is still active.
